We love stories. We love successful, clever, and experienced people. And that's why we founded, together with a partner Tvůj Brand, the podcast available at and on the 5reasons YouTube channel. In our podcast, we invite TOP personalities from the Czech business and public life. These are individuals who, according to us, have made a significant impact in their field and possess rich experience and strong know-how. They have money, they have influence. And you can listen to their at least 5 reasons right here with us. The 5reasons project is important to us. It allows us to communicate and understand many people with whom we wouldn't otherwise have the opportunity to speak. It gives us the chance to draw knowledge and acquire valuable contacts. And I know how to draw from that.
Postaráme
At Fiduciam, we take care of our clients' assets. The main pillars of their assets consist of financial assets, businesses, and/or real estate. And it's real estate that is taken care of by Postaráme, a company where we purchase investment flats for clients and manage these investment flats. Postaráme was founded with Radim, who owns R21. Thanks to this, we have combined experiences from finance, real estate transactions, and development into one. We seek properties, check dozens of criteria, negotiate with brokers, lawyers, or lenders. The client doesn't have to spend more than 60 minutes on the purchase. Long-term lease for more than 30 minutes a year. Because we'll take care of it.
