Radim graduated from the Faculty of Business and Economics at Mendel University in Brno with a specialization in business management. Since the age of 21, together with his girlfriend, now wife, he has been engaged in real estate and development activities with a focus on investment properties. He specializes in the purchase and management of investment properties for clients and project management of development projects. R21 excels in high-end real estate marketing.

During his career he has traded real estate worth hundreds of millions of crowns. Among other things, he has completed the construction of an apartment building in Tišnov, Žabovřesky and is now implementing other development projects in Brno or the Highlands. He is a lover of good wine and beef steaks.

Together with Samuel Pšeja, they own the company Postaráme, where they primarily deal with the purchase and management of investment apartments for the clients of R21 and Fiduciam.
